By uploading or generating content through the App, you grant AI Baby Generator a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the App.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review the Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding the collection, use, and protection of your personal information.
AI Baby Generator may, from time to time, provide updates or enhancements to the App. These updates may include bug fixes, new features, or other improvements and are subject to the terms of this EULA. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of those changes.
AI Baby Generator reserves the right to terminate or suspend your license to use the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and uninstall it from your devices.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. AI Baby Generator disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
In no event shall AI Baby Generator or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AI Baby Generator and its affiliates, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising out of or relating to your violation of this EULA or your use of the App.
